Cassiora Travels ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based flight booking service. You can reach us on 0333 004 7171 or at bookings@cassiora.com. We operate 24/7 online and by phone through our assistant, Alex.
We sell flights as a disclosed agent on behalf of the airline. The airline is the provider of your flight and its own conditions of carriage apply to your journey. Your contract for carriage is with the airline. We act as agent to arrange the booking, take payment and issue your confirmation.
Payment is taken securely by card at the time of booking. Card processing is handled by our payment provider (Duffel Payments, powered by Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details. Your booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds and the airline issues your ticket.
If the airline's price changes between your search and your payment (for example if a held fare expires), we will show you the new price and confirm it with you before taking any payment.
Airline rules determine whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, and any airline fees that apply. Where a change is possible we will quote it itemised: the airline's change fee, any fare difference, and our change service fee. See our Cancellation Policy for full detail.
If you request special assistance (for example wheelchair help, a specific meal, or first-time-flyer support), we will pass this to the airline on your behalf and confirm it with you. Assistance is provided by the airline and airport, subject to their arrangements.
As a disclosed agent, we are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not the provider of the flight and are not liable for the airline's acts or omissions, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes or denied boarding โ these are governed by the airline's conditions of carriage and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If something goes wrong, contact us first on 0333 004 7171 or bookings@cassiora.com and we will do our best to help.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
